What to bring

Your certificate of authorization
From CPSO or RCDSO. It tells us how the corporation is set up and who can hold shares.
Your last corporate return
The T2 and the schedules, if you have them. The notice of assessment on its own is still useful.
Your current coverage
Disability, critical illness and life certificates, including anything through OMA Insurance or CDSPI.

If you only have one of the three, bring that one. We would rather start with something real than with a questionnaire.
